I’ve visited Singapore’s Botanic Gardens a few times and never fail to find something new and magnificent each time. This time I ventured into the National Orchid Garden within the Botanic Gardens. The cost is only S$5.

The garden has a collection of more than 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids of orchids. Here are some of my favourites:

Travel tips:

  1. Go at 8.30am when the garden opens as it’s pleasant to walk around and there aren’t too many people.
  2. Put on mosquito repellent as they are just waiting for you to pause and take a photo!
